“Walking through the valley of the shadow of death”,
One thing do I have disturbing my mind:
Which turn I would take,
Would it be to the left or the right,
As I walk through the road yet segmented.
I’ve heard the story of the left side,
So scary I don’t wanna walk through the path,
All my life I’ve read the Bible of faith,
But the book of revelation was so scary
I had skipped ,
Yet, I’ve listened to sermons about the end time and that makes it familiar.
The road made of gold,
Though rough and tiring on earth,
I pray my legs lead me when I breath my last,
Listening to the angels sing the most beautiful songs,
Given an opportunity to add raps in between the lyrics.
All these are just thoughts in my head
I don’t even see death anyways,
But even in my unconsciousness,
I can’t help but think it,
Not that I’m scared,
But afraid of missing it,
Heaven or hell,
I think I prefer the former.

You should also wash your hair mildly with shampoo regularly, to keep your hair away from dandruff.
9. Take vitamins
Vitamin A aids healthy production of sebum in scalp, Vitamin B helps to maintain its healthy colour, and Vitamin E helps circulate blood in the scalp to help follicles remain productive.
10. Take more protein
Eat fish, soy, lean meats and other protein foods containing protein to promote hair health which prevents hair loss.
This is due to the fact that it coordinates all the activities in the human body and therefore, susceptible to quite a number of injuries that could lead to breakdown in the body metabolism, the BRAIN is therefore the most delicate organ in the human body.
The brain has three main parts: The Celebrum, The Cerebellum, The Brain stem. The Cerebrum is the largest part part of the brain and it is composed of the right and the left hemisphere. It performs higher functions like interpreting touch, speech, vision and hearing, reasoning, emotions, learning and control of movement. The brain is made up of numerous cells responsible for different activities in the body and once they are destroyed, there is no replacement. Hence, there is a permanent damage.
Ulcer is an open sore on an external or internal surface of the body, caused by a break in the skin or mucous membrane, which fails to heal.
Ulcer ranges from small, painful sores in the mouth to bedsores and serious lesions of the stomach or intestine. It is mostly caused by a bacterial infection known as a Helicobacter Pylori (H. Pylori) and the chronic use of inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen and aspirin.
Science is exploring what foods can fight this infection. These foods are only additions to antibiotics and acid-blocking medications recommended by your doctor for the treatment of ulcer. Below are some foods you can consume to fight ulcer:
• Cabbage • Carrots • Strawberry • Blueberry • Leafy greens, such as kale and spinach • Honey • Garlic • Radishes • Tumeric • Plants based oil such as olive oil and corn oil These foods help protect and activate your immune system and help fight the infection. Similarly, there are foods which you should limit to avoid severity or prolongation of ulcer. Some of these foods are:
• Spicy foods
• Coffee
• Chocolate
• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Acidic foods such as citrus and tomatoes
