DO WE REALLY DREAM EVERYDAY AS BELIEVED BY A SCHOOL OF THOUGHT?

I’ve heard many people say they don’t dream everyday and I am a witness to it. But a school of thought claims we all dream every time we sleep. Science believes that when the body is at rest, the brain and the heart do not partake in the rest, because they keep working. I guess this school of thought/science got their base from this fact. Since the brain cannot remain idle, then something must be going on in it, either an happening or whatever.

However, many still stick to the belief that it is not every time man dreams. I’ve met some people who say they have never dreamt and they don’t know what is feels like to dream. I still remember the kind of look I gave the first individual who told me so. I could not stop myself from telling him he was abnormal. But is he truly abnormal? I stopped believing he was the day another person told me the same thing. But I must say this people are very rare, maybe one in a million. But I’m so fortunate to have met two, right?

Person alloy, I don’t know if it is true that we dream every time. The school of thought I was speaking of the other time believes the problem is that we forget we had a dream. But you will agree with me that sometimes, we have the consciousness we dreamt, but we don’t remember what happened in the dream. But yet, we know we’ve dreamt. This too is normal. But whether we dream every time or not, I believe everyone in this world dreams everyday. This dream has got nothing to do with sleep. It comes when our consciousness is still very intact.

What am I saying? THOUGHT! Have you ever termed thought to be a dream? I want to believe our thoughts can be referred to as dreams too. When we are long lost in our subconsciousness, what we do is dream – think as long as we are not in our right state of mind. The normal dreams some of us if not all dream are things that are not really. They happen like they are real but in a different world, created by our minds. I guess this is one power God has given to man. I don’t want to believe animals also dream.

Thoughts are similar to dreams. Thoughts require you to create something outside of the physical that almost seems physical in a world created by your mind. Maybe we can call the ability to think and dream (or let me call the two “dream”) as the power of the mind. Sometimes, your dream gives you a nightmare, or joy depending on whatever you’ve come across. Just like a dream, the fear from your thought can send you back to reality and sometimes, it can make you smile in reality.

So, whether you believe that we dream everyday or not, your thoughts are equivalent to dreams and I believe you do this more often.

The Most Delicate Organ In The Human Body

This is due to the fact that it coordinates all the activities in the human body and therefore, susceptible to quite a number of injuries that could lead to breakdown in the body metabolism, the BRAIN is therefore the most delicate organ in the human body.

The brain has three main parts: The Celebrum, The Cerebellum, The Brain stem.
The Cerebrum is the largest part part of the brain and it is composed of the right and the left hemisphere. It performs higher functions like interpreting touch, speech, vision and hearing, reasoning, emotions, learning and control of movement.
The brain is made up of numerous cells responsible for different activities in the body and once they are destroyed, there is no replacement. Hence, there is a permanent damage.

What and what not to consume as an ulcer patient

Ulcer is an open sore on an external or internal surface of the body, caused by a break in the skin or mucous membrane, which fails to heal. Ulcer ranges from small, painful sores in the mouth to bedsores and serious lesions of the stomach or intestine. It is mostly caused by a bacterial infection known as a Helicobacter Pylori (H. Pylori) and the chronic use of inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen and aspirin. Science is exploring what foods can fight this infection. These foods are only additions to antibiotics and acid-blocking medications recommended by your doctor for the treatment of ulcer. Below are some foods you can consume to fight ulcer:

• Cabbage
• Carrots
• Strawberry
• Blueberry
• Leafy greens, such as kale and spinach
• Honey
• Garlic
• Radishes
• Tumeric
• Plants based oil such as olive oil and corn oil
These foods help protect and activate your immune system and help fight the infection. Similarly, there are foods which you should limit to avoid severity or prolongation of ulcer. Some of these foods are:

• Spicy foods
• Coffee
• Chocolate
• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Acidic foods such as citrus and tomatoes
If you suspect you have ulcer, see your doctor and get treatment. An untreated stomach ulcer can lead to more severe problem like stomach cancer and internal bleeding.

BE INDEPENDENT

      When all hope seems lost don’t ever forget you  have an  able God. When it’s  like the whole word is against  you remember  he still got your back. When  you feel deserted remember there’s  a friend  in Jesus. When you are in need you  have the great provider. When you are scared remember he’s  closer to you  than the very  air you breathe and he has given you the  authority to tread upon the  lion and  the  cobra to trample the  great lion and the serpent. When there seems to be no way don’t forget  the way maker is right  near you. When  you go through  trials  and  tribulation  remember he said he has overcome them all. When the billows are tossing  high remember he is  the  master of  them all. When it  seems there’s  no one  to turn to remember you have  an everlasting   father. When  you are falling don’t hesitate to call on him coz he promised he’d command  his angels concerning  you  to  guard you  in all your ways they would  lift you up in their hands so you would not strike  your  foot against a stone.
      This is the definition of an unconditional love. God is nearer than we could ever imagine all we need do is realise our true identity, we have so much downgraded  ourselves  to the  extent  that we have  forgotten we are God’s children he’s our heavenly father therefore we are entitled to his inheritance. How to enjoy  this  great  privilege is to ASK He told us already ask and it shall be given to you seek and  you will  find knock  and  the  door shall be opened for those  who ask will surely receive. So why the stress? he knows what we need, ours is to ask and we’d  be  given. Yes it’s  that  simple, but because  we’ve lost our identity, we tend to go through  unrequired processes which  leads us astray. You don’t  need to  go anywhere  or to anyone  just to get something from God the veil separating us from him has been removed by the blood he shed on the  cross of calvary you can talk one on one with the Lord. 
        Let me make this straight what you need is yours already, yours is to ask for it and it would  be  given . Mind you whatever you ask for and you are not given is not yours. Remember he is the all wise he knows our requirements even  before  we ask. God is  ever loving  and  compassionate do not let sin hinder you from receiving  from him it’s  never too late to ask for  forgiveness and  repent for  Paul after all the sins he committed in his old life as Saul still said confidently after being  born again   “I’ve  wronged no man” this is  because in christ all things  have  passed away  and everything  has become new. The  blood of Jesus  has washed us clean and  sanctified  us therefore we are  a new creation with  no flaw. Let’s  not be decived by the  devil for his mission  is  to  steal to kill and  destroy  and part of  his tricks is making  us feel unworthy of God’s  love, salvation and promises. He constantly  reminds  you of the sins you have committed he tries to  make you  feel filthy and  unworthy to go to the precence of God. As a child of God don’t  ever forget that once you  are genuinely  repentant of your sins the  precence  of  God  is accessible when you  are  free you  are free indeed.  Ask for  God’s  forgiveness he would  in his infinite mercy wash you  clean  by his blood abstain from  sin so you  would  be without blemish for it is written  shall you continue  to  live  in  sin and  say the Grace of God  should  abound ? Definitely no Let’s not take God’s  grace for granted. In conclusion  know  your  worth  as God’s  child never feel less about  yourself you  are the image  of  God.

A Broken Relationship

Heartbreak is a common thing, which is very normal. Broken relationships are avenues to learn and be better. It is not expected of you to go into a relationship, the same way you went into the former. You must have grown, having more experience about what a relationship entails, and putting them into use in your future relationship. It makes your present relationship better than the former. But if you are the type who has gathered no knowledge from the past, then it is not impossible you get a breakup again.


Just because your relationship with him/her didn’t work doesn’t mean you should never give love a chance again. In the same manner, that does not imply you should settle for someone who you don’t really have feelings for, because you think you might never get the real man or lady of your dream or you think the only person you love genuinely is the one you just broke up with. It is better to be patient, than to take a regrettable decision. Don’t act under pressure or influence. Remember, there is always a right man/lady, out there, and with time, things will fall in place. Don’t do silly things, that can cut you off from getting a hold of the opportunity. One day, you would be happy you let go of that man or woman. Always stay strong.

Water helps to replenish the water used up during physical activities and in hot weather. Water loss in this regard is discharged through sweat. Drinking water in hot weather or after exercising the body helps keep the body hydrated.

Whenever you recollect that feeling, when you last had constipation, it makes you want to prevent future recurrences. Constipation is the difficulty in being able to have a bowel movement easily. This is usually due to lack of enough water in the body system. Make it a culture to take enough water daily, if you do not want to undergo the pain you went through the last time. However, if you are experiencing constipation already, take a lot of carbonated water. If the difficulty persists for more than three days, please, see your doctor.
